I love every point, but 4 and 5 are the heavy hitters for sure! I had a white teacher criticize a Black Principal for liking to hire Black teachers. When I reminded her that white people in most positions of power did the same on the reverse. She had no more comments.

Thank you BrothasKeeper!!!! I’ve been saying this for many, many years. We’ve talked about this ad nauseam. We need to also stop asking White folks to change things for us and start changing things for ourselves. Play their game against them and SUPPORT each other.
