Truck bed length is like convertible headroom. It goes from whatever it is to infinity when you need it.

I’m so glad Chevy is finally offering a small hatch (Aveo/Spark was too small), but I’m not glad this is the new Cruze. I don’t think it’s an attractive offering, crazy paint color aside.

Neutral: Favorite Car From Detroit?
I have to say, I was contemplating going to visit a friend in Detroit this week so I could check out the show, but there’s really not anything there I’m too excited about so far. I don’t feel like I’m missing anything.

The plain white paint on this car are not doing it any favors. We’ll need to see a production version in a metallic to really see all the curves going on compared to the concept. I *think* they’re there, but they’re so washed out in these photos.

??? This says absolutely nothing about it being based on an AMC eagle platform...

You know what satisfies most people’s needs? A Honda Fit and $25 to rent the truck at Home Depot for the 2 times a year you need it.

I’ll be honest, I had to look this up, but I don’t believe they shared a platform. If they did, it was greatly modified at the XJ uses a solid front axle whereas the Eagle has independent front suspension.

dafuq is this?

An XJ is not a crossover...

I NEED THAT IN MY LIFE

Looks like this one’s been crashed already.

I’m curious to try one of these out, only because I think I’d find the 1 eyed concept to be distracting, and I’m not sure how a screen that close to the eye wouldn’t be blurry...

It’s 2016. Send a frickin’ e-mail.

“Designer! Where is that Avista concept? I needed it yesterday!”
“Sorry boss, almost done... I just gotta come up with something for the back.”
“Graft a Hyundai on there and get it to me NOW!”
“... really?”

a little too blingy, here

Boy, the interiors on these have come a long way!

Good article. I’d add that if you can buy it at CycleGear, it’s probably not waterproof, even if it says it is. I had a trusty pair of rain pants and gloves that both started to leak 4,500 miles from home last summer. Bought replacements from Cyclegear and they both leaked worse than my old worn out stuff.

Porsche is bad with this. I actually like the center console design they use, but it would look so much nicer if they would have at least put the little chrome trim on each one, even if it wasn’t a button and still had no label on it. To boot, I don’t think it’s even possible on the Boxster, Cayman or 911 to get a

Good for friction losses, bad for piston speed.

I’m IT, and IT is union here if you’re a state employee. It’s crazy.
