Yup. This suit won't pass summary judgment. It's just a publicity grab.

Well they say it'll be lifted, but my bet is that's it as far as suspension mods go. In this day and age, the smaller diameter wheels and taller sidewall tires qualify as "off road" upgrades too.

I thoroughly enjoy it too. Not really worth making a comparison between the two in my opinion. I haven't seen any of the new episodes, but I watched all of last season and they are getting some good chemistry going.

Your explanation of "stance" reads like a grumpy old man trying to explain the internet.

Honestly, I had no idea of that connotation. I doubt the author had the intent to use Suzie Homemaker as such a derogatory term.

I don't doubt that at all, but I do think that even if the 7-up car is a one-of-one, it's probably not worth much more than a non 7-up car.... I'd like to be proven wrong, though, so I can go out and buy myself a HARLEY EDITION F150 instead of setting up an IRA.

But is it worth a dime? That's the thing. I bet there are very few Shelby Edition Dodge Omni's left, but that doesn't mean they are worth jack. This farmer bought these as an "investment" supposedly, and despite the rarity of some of these cars, I don't think there was much of a value increase in many of them.

And the guy realizes this, which is why he knows it only takes one "Suzie Homemaker" to make national headlines. Why are you angry? There's a disconnect here— he was just trying to say "Jane/John Doe" and emphasize that it only takes one incident to make headlines... And for the very reason you stated, that "Suzie

I take issue with the how the first guy views lawyers. Whatever, he gets enough punishment driving a GM car.

Yeah, if they mention a freakin' pace car, which is the lamest pedigree of all time, I assume they'd mention if the yellow one was any kind of special edition.

I mean the '05, seems it's just a yellow mustang. My bet is the dealer had one too many yellow mustangs on his lot.

11,000 is not rare at all, much less incredibly rare. For comparison, there were 6,211 E36 M3 convertibles sold in North America. Those definitely aren't rare.

Man, I bet Ford would've given him all 4 of those harley edition F-150's if he bought 10x Ford GT's in one purchase. They would've thrown in a base mustang too probably.

An idiot.

I'm going to go out on a limb here, but it sounds like that dealer who made the purchases for this farmer was a huge dick...

I'd rather have an M roadster than an M3, I might even take it over an M coupe. It'd have to be a 01-02, those ones have the S54 just like this M3 does.

Those words you quoted are poetry, plain and simple. Just awesome stuff. For me, this describes why I enjoy driving in general- man and machine like a horse and rider.

No you're not.

Whoa whoa, really? Aftermarket ECU's for and NA miata that can handle boost, other than a megasquirt? Link please!

Tru DAT. Although to be honest, turbo-ing your miata is a lot more involved than most people make it out to be.
