I’m gonna throw the Buick Regal Tour-X in here. Get it in a dark color if you don’t like the black cladding on the wheel wells (which for those harsh winters could help with rust?), drives really well, looks classy, interior is great. The Regal is a very well sorted car and you can get a brand new one at a massive

Neutral: Not really...but then again I’m not exactly in the truck market, I’m perfectly happy with my little hatchback.

Yea, the past 3 cars I had did not come with a spare and each time the dealer told me and seemed to flinch expecting me to flip out. To their surprise I was accepting of my potential tow truck fate.

If we’re talking straight breakfast food, it’s bacon by a mile, most breakfast sausage just tastes like meh to me.

Yea I think the trend is here where they’re not including even a mini spare. I’ve seen a lot of cars where it’s an option, and the last 3 cars I’ve bought (Dart, Camaro SS, Golf R) have all not included spares.

Yup, I’ve seen and appreciate those as well. I think they’re pretty popular with German brands

It depends on the car for me, I once took a Camaro into the dealer because the hood didn’t line up exactly (in my defense, it was a warranty repair), or a fairly new Cruze throwing a CEL/anything that might stop it, I will repair.

Anytime I see a mini-spare that’s clearly been driven for a while, I think to myself this is why I’m fine with automakers not really including spares at all anymore.

This trailer was fantastic and hopefully this can finally get some buzz around it. I still fear it will come and pass like Rush did, to little general notice other than die hard racing fans, which would be a shame.

I kind of cared once when I sold my old Grand Cherokee that I got as a winter car but lived a hard life in many Michigan winters and needed more work than I was willing to put in. I knew from driving that the engine was beautifully maintained.

it is very much like the M Sport...which makes it weird...because they had cars like this before...as V Sports...

I tend to go for things that don’t make a mess in the car, so protein bars are a pretty decent go to. My longest trips have been 12 hours so I really don’t need Caffeine very much, so I just stick to water and protein bars.

“I’m sure they’re fine and dandy but it makes me wonder what would compel me to buy one of these over any other sport sedan in the segment, especially depending on price.”

Class.

you jumped at this before I did. Nice.

Lot of Toyotas here...how about an old Dodge Ram Charger? Quick Hemmings search shows an 85 for just under 15k.

...I’ll get you another copy of the memo. Fix those TPS reports, okay?

I think second season of their iteration was the best season of Top Gear/Grand Tour we’ve seen in years. They really hit their stride and began to click as a unit...then immediately announced it’s over.

he’s a Titan of puns.

Neutral: If Renault had been here last year when I bought my Golf R, I would probably test drive a Megane RS.
