If you don't like it, get the fuck out. You must have missed the part about how California has 38 million other people to deal with. Yeah, CARB rules suck, but smog sucks way more. My apologies that the aftermarket community isn't allowed free-reign, but some people choose to live in California because they appreciate

I have one too, and have done many things to it that should never have been done to a FWD compact. In the scheme of things, it could be so much worse, but I guess I like it because it could have been so much better. Why they didn't put some fucking effort into it is beyond me. More than anything else, the CVT harmed

Yeah, plentiful canyon roads with high speed limits, absurd amounts of fire roads and washes, numerous freeways, lenient cops and easy to rectify tickets... California sucks!

Really? I'm 6'4" and 155lbs and I have never had a doctor tell me I'm underweight. Granted, I am very active and have very little body fat, bit still.

Pff, try nanocellulose or carbon nanotubes (depending on the color the client requests). The Koenigsegg Tusen (their 1000th vehicle) will have a translucent body and passenger cell, made from a nanocellulose composite. I'm just going to call it now.

What?! I saw that car this weekend and had no idea it had that much done to it. Crazy, thanks for the link!

And the rims look a lot like this.

Being that it is in Tustin, and it isn't wearing Hyundai/BMW/Fisker/Mini (and presumably Kia) camo, Mazda3 seems the most likely answer.

They changed the name to the Porsche Macan and it has been spotted testing, though not yet without camo. I don't think it will be a 2014 model, anymore, but maybe they will go ahead and unveil it at a show closer to the end of the year (LA would probably make the most since, as SoCal is the biggest US market by far,

If they can sell them without too much cannibalization of existing sales, then why not? Even if it does slightly cannibalize sales, a beautiful design like this brings attention to the brand, which is something MB needs to get the sales to ever have a shot at being number one again.

Good point, I only drove it on roads I am very familiar with that have only sweeping turns. There really wasn't much of anything to keep it in check. I think you're definitely right, it makes for a better DD than something for tracking/autocrossing/driving hard.

I really liked the F30 vs the E90, the lightness of the steering allowed me to go faster, as I wasn't as worried about going overboard (I always feel like i'm on the edge in the E90, as my DD has pretty dead steering [Dodge Caliber]). Don't get me wrong, I do like the accuracy and weight of the E90, but the electric
