Eh, most of the managers, senior managers and other higher-ups at my work don’t wear any makeup at all, some wear very minimal.

I literally went to an Ulta Beauty Supply the day after the election and bought some Urban Decay highlighter that is sparkly. I told the woman helping me “It needs to sparkle. It needs to be more SPARKLY” because I needed something to fucking brighten things up. And it helps, a bit.

I have a law degree and a side job at Sephora. Suffice it to say, I have no damn problem wearing and caring about makeup and skincare at the same time as caring about my firm’s clients and doing a good job for them too.
