...it is illogical to impose a ‘rigid line allowing state regulation after viability but prohibiting it before viability”

This was my idea to close the “gun show loophole”. Get a large group of young Black men to go to a gun show and start buying a lot of guns. (no background check required) White gun owners would go SCREAMING to their legislators to require background check for gun show sales.

If Trump loses, he will have no incentive to do anything that helps anyone. And he’s such a fragile ass, he would veto any bill sent to him. If the Republicans lose the Senate and fail to take back the house, they won’t have the incentive to do anything either. So no new stimulus plan until January. Sorry folks.

Maybe you should have gotten sedated before watching the debate as well.

Uh, you know, most people go into debt to buy a house or a car. Under your plan, NO ONE could run for office.

The journey still starts with the first step

If Biden wins by just one electoral vote, he should troll Trump by claiming it’s the greatest electoral win since John Hanson, by the widest margin since Christopher Columbus and with more Nobel Peace Prizes than Julius Caesar.

But IS SHE a disgruntled employee? Or is she understandably gruntled in just the right amount?

Not to mention the wonderful lives they’ll have, being born to a mother that never wanted to have them. (A choice she should be allowed)

What are the Senate rules? If the Democrats win the Senate, they pick the committees members, yes? MUST they put the most senior Republican members on the more popular committees? Could they, say, create a Senate sub-committee on cow farts and put McConnell on it, with some newbie Dem as it’s chair? Or what committees

Wait, hasn’t the pill been used by like DOZENS of women over the years with no ill effects?

I love how so many people say that scientists “don’t know”. But the speaker always seems to know things. The people who study something their whole lives don’t know things, but some rando who has the internets knows better than anyone.

...and will never do so again after Nov. 3 2020 until some time in the summer/fall of 2024. Summer/Fall 2022.

And when everyone HAS equal opportunity, we can have that discussion

I don’t watch Fox News. But, this is not the first time it has reported something that pisses off Trump. I have a sense (and I could be totally off) that the “news” part of Fox News does straight reporting of facts on what happens from day to day. ie The president went here, and said this. A fire happened in this

I assume most Federal agencies and it’s civilian subcontractors still have HR-required sensitivity training, non-discrimination requirements, etc. Trump’s memo (Executive Order ?) does’t negate them. So, follow the memo, break the law?

The president declined to condemn Kyle Rittenhouse and claimed without evidence the 17-year-old who is being charged with six criminal counts was acting in self-defense.
