Thank you. And thank you all for the wonderful comments and questions. I've really enjoyed talking to you. Hope we can do it again. Have a scary Halloween, everyone!

This Q and A session is starting to get scary.

I honestly don't remember. But thank you.

Pet Semetary, I think.

Haha. You need to write your own series.

I was writing joke books and editing a humor magazine. But my first teen horror novel was a #1 bestseller. I soon realized that kids liked to be scared. So I forgot about the funny stuff and became scary.

Make sure you're mostly bald.

Once I handed in an outline to one of my editors. Later, she handed it back with two words written at the top: Psychotic Ramblings.

This is the 22nd year of Goosebumps. I just keep going. The newest GB book is: "The 12 Screams of Christmas." The new Fear Street book is: Party Games.

This is truly a horror story.

I try.

My GB readers, 7-11, are my favorite audience. It's the last time in their lives, they'll ever be enthusiastic about an author. I get such wonderful mail from them. They are the best, most appreciative readers to write for.

Silent Night and the other books about Reva Dalby were my favorites to write. Reva was so totally mean, I loved writing her.
