I don’t think the Bears moving on from Jay is even remotely similar to how they felt about Marshall. When Fox/Pace entered the picture they couldn’t wait to dump Marshall because he was a cancer in the locker room. I really don’t believe they feel that way about Cutler. It’s just time for both sides to move on.
