In healthcare we borrow something else from the military, a communication style called SBAR:

Had a flight from CLE to BOS on Wednesday. On Tuesday, reading the tea leaves, I pulled the SIM card out of the Note 7 and stuck it in an old Galaxy S6. Thank God I did that because otherwise flying back to CLE today I would not have been able to bring my phone home!

Air Droid is nice, but it kills my battery when using remote access.

100000% agree! It’s particularly bad in urban/suburban settings where there’s enough ambient light around so the driver *really* doesn’t seem to be disturbed by the lack of their own headlights. Plus my maniacal flashing of my own headlights to notify them gets lost in a sea of other cars.

This is not a prank. This is sociopathic. Assuming it’s true, why would he do this to another human being, let alone someone he supposedly cares about? My God I hope he never has children, because the torture he’ll bring to them is almost unimaginable.

MD here. I would agree with your analysis. What’s overlooked is the design of the system: we have a healthcare system designed for rescue care. Unfortunately, rescue care is expensive. Whether is treating a heart attack, or cancer, or diabetes, we have designed a system to pay for downstream outcomes rather than

Probably. It's still exhilarating!

#3 - unless you have Audi’s ‘Launch Control’, which is insane!

I 100% agree with you. It used to be so simple, clean, and fun. And the community was second to none. Honestly, I haven’t logged into my Flickr account in years. What a waste.

I heard this recently — maybe here? — and it holds true:

White guy here who happens to love Hillary! Just wanted to say ‘hi’!

Not only that, but when they refer out it implies that there is a provider who is managing that referral. In your case, and I hope things turned out well for you, but what if your ultrasound was abnormal? Who is going to help you interpret the ultrasound results, and develop an appropriate treatment plan for you? And

Well said.

I can see something like this passing in a fly over state

“Y’all not gonna all do the right stuff. I gotta teach yall how to get around all this stuff too. If you gonna have a crew, one of them fools got to know he going to jail.”

I’m a liberal too, and he worries me. He’s tapped into some angry undercurrent running through America, and I fear that will be enough for him to not only win the Republican nomination, but perhaps even the general election against Clinton. Seriously, I worry about this.

Fantastic analysis. I’ve shared this with many people. Well done!
