This is all i can think of when watch the first gif

What from all the sandbagging?

The real question is, why doesnt he just drive it to the meet? Oh wait. its not street legal anymore.

cotd for me

So this bring a question to mind. Will this make it harder for people who want to buy used cars and turn them into track cars. I know it was touched very briefly in the article but surely there’s a way to disable certain features of newer cars.

wait is it freelance or actually on Jalopnik staff? most important, whats the pay?

If i had brought my car to the dealership saying there’s a weird delay when i floor it, how can you test to see what it is without flooring it?

5 Horsepower? Dam. Time to trade in the S2000.

want me to get out and push?

Wait till you get to our 85mph speed limits.

Honestly i would have to say the r35 GTR. When i did get a chance to drive one, i thought there would be a ton of information fed to me since there are computers at every wheels. Turns out it was a computer driving with me just telling it where to go.

You seem to be alot like me when i bought my NSX after owning an S2k.

I, sadly, feel the same way about this car, and that is the biggest problem. Its so good as a car that i cant much find another car to replace it with.

i wish more dealership would understand that some people really want to DRIVE the car, not just “oh yeah, this would be a good sit in my drive way and show off to the work mates” car. would make car buying that much easier

I tried that, but the sale guy came with me and the second i floor it from a rolling 2nd i was told off. Havnt really been motivated to go back and test drive one again. Ill drive one at auto x soon enough, or a track day.

the gearing isnt that short, but its small thats for sure. More so its just they’re so comfy at fast speeds going around turns when on good tires. they are a ton of fun imo, and thats not biased at all, nope.

I would say it depends a lot on the car. Horsepower is great and all, but how much does the car weigh, what size tires does it have, does it have areo, etc...

Soooo you want an S2000? </s>

Better yet, just drive like an ashole and everything will be fine!

To be fair, it is good for aircraft since they cant seize, engine knock, shock cooling, or have no over rev problem.
