There’s normally someone on the bus with a radio to say when to go on and off the track. Either someone told the bus to go early, or the bus didnt check.

There are service roads the buses are supposed to be able to wait on. Normally there’s supposed to be someone on the bus with them as well as radios to announce they’re entering the track. I cant tell you why this specific one happened but only that the security guard would not have been ‘fired’ for what is the bus…
