“Almost like someone who chose the name Manson for part of his stage name was always a POS?”
“Almost like someone who chose the name Manson for part of his stage name was always a POS?”
Can you choose whether you’re going to call him Manson or Warner, and stick with it? The article flits back and forth so much that I kept having to check back to see if there was an additional person called Warner that I’d missed.
$22 Million dollars doesn’t even rate as a rounding error in the defense budget. I guarantee you over the same span they spent even more money on stuff they don’t even know what they even spent it on. And not because of secrecy or anything just money falling through the cracks.
You really had to dig through that interview to find the one, salient point, huh?
“...I do agree with him that there’s an inability to see degrees of difference in severity of crimes right now.” That’s a good point —that you made. I’m not so sure it was Morrissey’s.
It’s weird how hard this guy works to be hated by everyone on every place of the political spectrum. He does the whole vegan thing to ensure everyone on the right thinks he’s a “cuck” and then he throws in all the crazy racist stuff to make sure everyone on the left thinks he’s “problematic” as hell.
This just in: guy who remains willfully ignorant of the news has opinions about the news!
Please look up transgressive art, the avant garde, dada, and theater of cruelty. Good taste is the enemy of creativity.
1. Manson is a dick. (Let’s not/never forget this salient fact)
2. Given the amount of grief Manson and his fans have received ever since Columbine all those decades ago, Manson has been a consistent and out-spoken critic of “American Gun Culture”.
3. Nothing seems to be capable of making Americans react rationally to…
I should probably check out the new album. Last one, there was some energy that you didn’t see in Pale Emperor.
Basically, it was an awful, tasteless idea for multiple reasons.
4K blu ray on a 79" Sony XBR is pretty fucking awesome though.
I gave the blue-ray to my parents and laughed at the idea of actually keeping physical media.
You’re making a huge fallacy here, in assuming that compression means worse quality. That isn’t required. Yes, you’ll never see a straight stream of 4k because it isn’t necessary. If you show the exact same frame twice in a row then you don’t need to send all ~9 million pixels through the pipe again. That doesn’t mean…
Um...
Are you high? Because HDR is NOT dependent on screen size! You can see the benefits IMMEDIATELY on ANY sized screen! It’s not subtle either. IMHO (backed by over 20 years in the CE industry as a professional), HDR is FAR more significant to overall picture quality than the resolution of the picture!
Uncompressed 4K video is slightly under 10Gb/s so your bluray disk can hold a little over 5 seconds of that video.
Ok, you got me with “heavyly compressed”. A bluray disc can hold 50gb. Yes, it won’t be uncompressed (bluray video were not uncompressed either, and neither did DVD videos) but that’s so much more than the heavily compressed streaming video. Honestly I can’t believe how this post skip that fact
I wouldn’t assume Clinton doesn’t want to do this, exactly. More like the risk/reward analysis looks very unappealing to her. The odds of it actually working are slim, and regardless of how it goes, trying would get her a lot of ill will. Especially since there was a lot of talk about “respecting the results” of the…
