I haven’t paid too much attention to this case, but am very interested in watching the doc. Reminds me a little of the Parker-Hulme case in New Zealand from decades ago, the one Peter Jackson made a movie about with Kate Winslet as one of the girls.

It comes down to the basic idea of survival of the fittest. So many Republicans I know simply believe that if you want health insurance you should just go get a job that provides it, or pays you enough to afford private insurance (aside from ACA), and if you can’t manage that, well then you probably shouldn’t be…
