Story stinks and I’m on the driverless car’s side on this one....

you also forgot the piano black plastic....obviously that came from aliens!!

I saw the OP was answered but for anyone else looking - my wife and I just handed the keys over from two weeks in a brand new CX-50 and in an say unequivocally we wished we were in a Forester the whole time.  Sight lines are terrible, it's not really very comfortable getting in and out of it was a chore compared to

I’m so bummed Nissan didnt fix the glaring issue with the “bro bar” in the back - you can’t put a tonneau cover on the bed with that sport bar. Titan is the same way. I have the bar sitting in my attic collecting dust. It’s a silly option but it grew on me after a bit (bought the truck used and it had it already).

I currently own a 2020 Titan Pro4X. I really like the truck and my family finds it much more comfortable than the 2018 Silverado I had. I also find the fit-and-finish to be oddly much better than the Chevy. I’m a little disappointed that the Titan is being discontinued but not surprised. My concern will be resale

Sorry, never saw this note.  I haven’t towed with it yet.   Funny story, I actually tried to convince my brother to let me take his new camper for the day so I could test it out.  He looked at me like I had two heads (not because of the truck, which would be fine towing it).

That’s exactly how I got into my new-to-me CPO 2020 Titan Pro4X. I had been shopping for the Trailboss but the combo of supply chain issues and the egregious price gap between that and what I used to drive (LT) I broadened my search scope and stumbled on a barely used Titan (a number of the accessories in the cab were

I just (March) picked up a fully loaded 2020 Pro4X and absolutely love it. I previously had a 2018 Silverado which was also a very good vehicle. I know it doesn’t necessarily relate to the gist of the article since I didn’t purchase new (i.e. I didn’t add to the current sales figures) but am very pleased with the

This is literally one of my dream cars - color, specs, everything.  Keep posting about what you do, the drives you take - I will live vicariously through you!!!!

The same looking add and “Sale” price got me into a dealership to look at a 2020 Titan.  When we got closer to the deal they pointed out something that I didn’t think was going to be a big deal but was to them - the “Sale” price was only good if you financed through them.  I had told them what I could get with my own

This one has my head spinning a bit, but I guess it is a function of where the current market is. Tom’s suggestion was spot on but came with a hefty caveat (‘good luck finding one for MSRP’). Bob had the same level of caveats but added fantasy to it just for fun. Lawrence......missed. And.....a truck. As for the folks

I have owned the Pro4X for a year and love it. It has allowed me to do some off-roading for the first time ever. But I have a new job and the 15mpg is going to get rough after the first. I did some math and even bumping it up to 20mpg (which I used to get all the time in my Silverado on the highway) would make a

I have a ‘14 Pro 4X that I am seriously considering trading in for a brand new pickup mainly because I can probably make back (easily and then some) what I paid for it.  Thinking I might get into a new vehicle now before the whole market corrects and then make the new truck my last vehicle purchase ever.

OK, I couldn’t decide so here’s my top there:

Dude, I think that’s a Lambo.

Yup, we’ve owned a few Subies now and it was tempting to NOT get into the 2020 because of the UI but we pulled the cord and are still shocked that they hadn’t managed to fix all the little PIA things the units do.  Honestly, with some updates to the head unit and infotainment this would literally be a perfect car.

My wife has a 2020 Forester in white and absolutely loves it (don’t ask about the infotainment system though, something Subaru can’t seem to get right for years now).  She calls it her “forever car”.  And yet, I have been seeing her side-eyeing the Wilderness.   Don’t think I would argue if she made a move for one and

This has been one of the best series of articles I’ve read on Jalopnik in a while - superb job!!

Just catching up on this story.  I was legit stressed reading this section!!  Nice work!!

I agree with this recommendation.  Recently acquired a '14 XTerra.  And though I went the other end of the spectrum (low mileage, mint Pro4X that I spent WAY too much on) it is an excellent piece of hardware and I know the more basic models will fit the bill!!
