Rutherford Custody Case Court Ruling


I get that people want to feel sorry for her, given her campaign to make it appear as though her kids have been kidnapped and she is being denied visitation, but please read the court ruling made in 2012 where the judge makes it clear that everything that has happened was HER FAULT…

the courts decided that the children should stay with the father. They have joint custody and since she had his visa revoked this isn't possible in the US since he wouldn't be able to visit them there while she can visit and could even move there.

So you think it would be better if they were separated from their father who couldn’t visit them because she had his visa revoked? How do you think an online petition would help in a custody battle? Poor kids.

This. First she gets him deported, which then backfires on her, and now she’s using nationalistic appeal and xenophobia to get her way. The dad meanwhile, does not seem to have said anything negative about her so far.

Her situation would be much different if she had not been involved in having him kicked out of the country—this would have been decided in the US. The victims here are the kids who are the rope in this tug of war.

I sort of feel bad for her but I’ve also heard that the reason he moved out of the country was because she apparently reported him to immigration on charges of dealing firearms, and his visa was revoked. Don’t know if any of this is true but it does make me sad for these children. I wish they would both just grow up…

I'm 99% sure he pays her for her travel and somewhere for her to stay in Monaco. She brought this upon herself by getting his visa revoked. She thought it would guarantee her full custody & it blew up in her face. I have absolutely no sympathy for Kelly in this situation.

So I’m starting to think Taylor Swift might be a bit of a Mean Girl and it’s bumming me out because I like her music.
The solution to this is to not read anything about her anymore, obvs, so that’s what I’ll be doing.

I never get tired of seeing happy Britney. Never.

One of my favorite things about Top of the Lake (other than Moss’ performance) is that they made her boyfriend an actual good dude. He wasn’t creepy. He wasn’t secretly anyone’s attacker. He just felt bad about not being able to do more when he was younger and Moss’ character got attacked.
