Thanks Dexter— I definitely need to be more aware of the schedule for 2016— From reading the requirements it also seems like a good idea to take a couple racing courses..... this is on my radar for next year.

I haven’t either..... I don’t think my e46 is track compliant as it’s a convertible without a roll bar.... I would track my e39 as I’m like 25 min from Mid-Ohio but I’ll be danged if I somehow constantly miss the memo on when these things happen.

BE JELLY.....

I’ll be extremely surprised if it comes to that- I’m pretty sure you can register your GM with a deadly ignition switch and I’ve been able to register my deadly BMW’s that have the propensity to slice an artery if the airbag goes off. I’ve got zero love for the EPA or gov oversight.

My Father who bought a ‘15 Passat TDI for fuel economy alone- he’s in his 70’s and hates the current gov leadership.... he will not be taking his car in for any kind of recall unless it’s safety related. His residence is in FL which for the most part also hates the gov and does not participate in e-check. I know for a

Basement studio? Sounds like it...

I’m a huge fan of these cars... After reading the ad I really don’t think the dude wants to sell- that is what the price is telling me. I know with the six speed these are unicorns but not 17.5k also “I’ll only sell to someone who would take good care of this beauty and a loyal friend” and the phrase “can’t drive it

I’m in a meeting watching this.....someone just ask me for feedback....I have no idea what I just said.

Right I concur with John, Burt and the Capt—- I’ll be glad to pay for a sticker!! My e46 is begging for one....

Sooooo if we can’t go ....how do we get a sticker? I would wear it with pride on my e46 :)

This is interesting.... I had i3 for most of the week last week by way of a promotion program that our local dealer is initiating- basically show interest in the i3- they had over the keys and tell you to drive it everywhere with unlimited miles. Problem being only a 130 mile range (even with extended range gas

I just picked up my e46 from a reputable “Bosch Certified” independent- it was a FUSE —silly me lesson learned that I shouldn’t try to diagnose and fix my car on my own with a few beers down the hatch. Here’s the thing though- they could have said it was a bad ABS pump and unfortunately I wouldn’t have known any

That Gulf livery 911 is sweeet...... I wonder how cool/uncool the e46 would look painted like that?

That is unbelievable- there’s a reason they are consistently ranked highest for customer satisfaction....that would NEVER happen at the BMW dealership .. ANY of them!

What kind of nightmares? I've had my 04 330 for 3 years now with nary an issue- granted it was maintained and serviced by the dealer.

YIKES a convertible too...what caused the short?

2000 Ford Explorer XLS... 4 transmissions and one transfer case...2 transmissions covered under warranty the other two were not- paid over 3k for each transmission rebuild- local transmission shop not the dealer. Something was always breaking or failing on this thing... sold it 4 years ago and still talk about the

I know this isn't a cookie....40th Birthday cake that my wife made.... best present ever- she gets my obsession.

Well this is where he lost my respect....super intelligent dude but lacks the true tools to actually help the common man. I'm sure these "self driving" autos will be affordable.....go put yourself on one of your fucking rockets where you belong....

Why is dude wearing goggles when it's an enclosed car.......?
