I just looked 8 weeks ahead (April) and it's around $980 from Houston -> Amsterdam, and that's the cheapest I've found. I tried 16 weeks ahead (when I originally planned to go) and it jumps up to ~$1100. So damn expensive.

I worked best when I had a separate room to work from home (and a routine). These days, I work best when I'm in a coffee shop.

If you have any sort of skin problems like dermatitis or chronic dandruff, I'm not so sure this is a great idea. Obviously, those people not be in the majority. I learned that overworking yourself early on to try and be impressive is truly only going to screw you in the long run. For me, there needs to be a very clear line between work and your personal life.
