Forget the horrible action. It was a horrible adaptation of Iron Fist overall. Bad writing is bad writing, period. 

The character of Danny was written to be the dumbest “hero” ever to exist with emotional outbursts that put 9 year olds to shame.. The real reason the series sucked was that the writing was horrendous. For season two to work, the only hope is to pretend season one never happened and get new folk to put together…

I really, really hope Finn Jones has learned some martial arts since season 1.  For someone who is supposed to be one of the best martial artists on the planet, he consistently looked like he should have lost every fight against even the rando thugs he ran into.
