The letters shared above don’t speak to the doctor’s character or reputation. They speak to the logistical unlikeliness of the scenario as it was reported, written by people who allegedly would know. There’s a difference.

I can’t imagine he would be charged without any compelling evidence.
Thanks. I wouldn’t be surprised if the producers laugh with them and agree with their terrible statements in an effort to egg them on. It’s their job to get ridiculous content for the show.
I think it is goofy to say she should have been dressed more warmly for the weather. Unless you are skiing, camping, or ice fishing, etc., you aren’t going to be dressed to survive sub-zero temperatures. She died because she ventured out into frigid temperatures while blackout drunk. It’s likely if she’d been wearing…
In defense of these contestants’ horrible, irrational, dramatic and overly-emotional behavior, I’ll just point out that this is a show. They are basically imprisoned in that house and peppered on-camera, all day, with questions about each other, the prize (Ben), and what they think and feel about everything. They…
I had the show on for about 30 minutes while I was cooking/eating dinner before I stumbled onto another channel airing GI Jane. I didn’t see the rest of the show, and I am not sad about it.
When we were teenagers (circa 1999), one of my friends was asked by her doctor during a routine visit what type of contraception method she uses. Flustered, my (not sexually active) friend responded, “nothing,” prompting a lecture about responsibility from the (female!) doctor. Eventually, my friend was able to…
She didn’t die because she was lacking pants and a sweater; she died because it was negative temperatures outside and she was walking around blackout-drunk. Likely she would have met the same fate even in mittens.
It sounds like she was dressed to be inside and didn’t plan on walking in the negative temperatures until she was so black out drunk that she made that dramatic choice. Many women - and men - wear less-warm clothing on cold nights to attend events indoors. That’s why coats exist.
There were likely people/friends at the party who were sober or less drunk than she was. It’s a responsibility of friendship (and humanity) that we look out for each other when able. I don’t think anyone is suggesting these friends are liable or criminally responsible for her death, but rather that it’s unfortunate…
I got in a (drunk, naturally) argument with my boyfriend at my apartment in college once, when I was exactly her age. I dramatically walked out the door and down the street, with no destination in mind. I wound up making a ~2-mile loop around the neighborhood and eventually came home, but not before walking down the…
people with low self-esteem, likely.
Yeah, there is no way he’s anything close to an actual Christian if he said that.
I think you meant hijack? This is a discussion forum where people share and discuss opinions.

He can be the Jim to my Pam any day.
When I was between jobs, and thus uninsured, Walmart’s $4 prescription plan allowed me to afford antidepressants I desperately needed. It may sound dramatic, but at the time I believed it truly helped save and turn my life around.
I’m not sure that’s accurate beyond message board faux outrage (98% of these people have and will still buy something from Walmart).
Perhaps somewhere. Nowhere that I’ve seen, though. Neighborhood markets, though it appears the brand appeared in 1998, have been scarce in my area until the last few years. Our city is still dominated by an alternate grocery chain.
I was talking about a scenario in which they are closing neighborhood market stores where other grocery stores exist. As is the case where I live.
