@Stormhawk: I realize it came up very fast, but I guess I was a little surprised that the camera people weren't trying to let others know that their cars were about to wash away. But without knowing where they were shooting from, there's no way to know.

My first reaction is, Why didn't people go out and move their cars before they were swept away? It looks like an office or business park, so wouldn't it seem reasonable the owners were there?
