At the risk of TMI- have you had your blood levels checked? I had a similar flow (didn’t know it was abnormal) and ended up being sent to the hospital for a blood transfusion because I didn’t know I was deathly anemic. End of story: I needed surgery and things are MUCH more manageable now.
