If someone needs a bloody movie, it’s a guy with fucking blade fists.

How is that a graphical downgrade? The lightning is less harsh, the ambient occlusion is less harsh, and the hair doesn’t look like it has been covered in mud (again, ambient occlusion was at the limit previously).
I would give my left kidney if they would finally reboot Reboot.
Incoming jokes about “Destiny lacks a story so why need subtitles” comments.
That tune, its almost like waking up to the smell of bacon... You hear that tune and suddenly everything feels a bit more right in the world. They couldn’t have timed the drop any better either.
I agree with you, even though I don’t think the english dub is great. Tbh I find the “Can I have an autograph” line so, so, SO MUCH worse. It puts me off entirely. And it’s like the first impression you get from the whole dub.
Not surprised. I mean, the point of the scene wasn’t to show Tidus laughing and James Arnold Taylor did a bad job (he’s a quality voice actor), it was meant to be awkward and forced and weird. Mission accomplished.
Yeah especially because sometimes it’ll tell me there are certain Pokemon nearby and then I’ll go to Pokevision to see where and they are no where to be found. The game’s tracking system is so bad/broken haha.
You already know where all your Pokemons are, you eliminate surprises and working throught the process of exploration. You also have an unfair advantage over other players who are not using those apps/cheats.
Yeah, some people - apparently the devs themselves here - just can’t face the fact that their idea of fun is not a universal one. Every person finds fun in slightly different ways. Hell, Division caters to griefers and PvPers, but you’d have to be braindead to think that is the only way to play it.
For me, if I…
I actually think it’s MORE fun to pull up the map, chart a route to the nearest Pokemon, and capture it. It still takes hunting and planning. Sometimes I have to park my car and walk. I honestly wish this system was baked into the game. Besides, even BEFORE the 3 step glitch the “nearby” feature sucked. If I’m at home…
The difference is that he lives in a major city that is packed solid with pokestops and gyms. Imagine if your home and work each had a half dozen pokestops clustered around them. Yeah.
No, I say we fly him out to fucking Montana, and see how he likes playing.
What’s even more strange is that some of the rarest and most powerful mons hatch from 10k eggs. So it’s not okay to use pokevision to find where dratini/lapras/eevee/snorlax spawn, but it is okay to use a roomba to hatch them?
100% agree.
Playing the most efficiently is fun to me.
Wandering around pointlessly, spending more time and being less successful isn’t fun. I don’t have the time to wander around without a clear purpose.
So Pokéradar is considered unacceptable - despite features being present in the mainline games that tell you **EXACTLY** where to find each kind of Pokémon. With more recent games even telling you which are directly around you.
I totally understand how they might not be cool with people tapping into their code, but aside from that, I can’t see any issues with the pokeradar.
I’d let the spawn-locating services run free. It still gets players out and about. It still gets them engaging in core game mechanics. Hell, it might even encourage them to play more, and that means more microtransactions.
But exploits and cheats that allow for multiple accounts, circumvent exploration, or boost stats…
To be honest, if they shut down those websites I will stop playing. When I’m at home and see a nice critter popping up a few blocks away, I go and take a walk. Usually I meet a few people that saw the same ‘mon and have a nice talk with them. I don’t really see the charm of walking around aimlessly.
Heh, pretty lousy for a developer to complain that we’re cheating when they can’t even outline how the various systems in their own fucking game work to the player.
Egg hatching, distance traveled, the damn three footprints glitch effectively making finding any creatures a guessing game...
Yeah, think I’ll keep…
Nope, according to EVERYONE commenting we are doing it completely wrong.
