Just went in a Ferrari/Maserati dealer today and had the exact opposite experience. Was greeted by all the staff even though I was clearly not buying. Was even asked if I had any questions by sales guy and apologized to me because he had to help a customer who had an appointment. Was a great dealer experience.

Generally pros will charge at least 100 $/hr in labor cost. So that would be around 5k just for labor based on his work. They may also charge a parts markup too.
