And as an American who's never lived in New York City, I'm amused at the lack of knowledge New Yorkers have about everything outside the boroughs. But that's evened out by the abundance of annoying arrogance and love of Red Sox-Yankee telecasts.

In 71 pass attempts the past two weeks, Peyton has thrown 11 incompletions and 7 touchdowns. It's almost as if some rule changes over the past few years have tilted the scales in favor of pass-friendly teams.

Gee, it's almost as if a team gets some sort of "advantage" from playing on one's "home field". I wonder if there's a term for that concept...
