Very true. But that's more true for football - basketball players have more options in terms of jumping ship, and are less likely to get injured or suffer long term brain damage.

I don’t mind the prospect of Liberty becoming a basketball powerhouse, simply because many of the nation’s best college basketball recruits are black. I adore the prospect of the bible-thumping bigots who choose to go to Liberty being forced to treat those black athletes as campus gods.
