A month after I received word the Doctoral program I was in had it's funding cut and I'd have to either go and pay my way or not go at all, I've gotten into a Masters program that will pay for me. So, I'm moving to Duluth at the end of July. I'm excited for a change in scenery!

For me, she reminds me a lot of my mother. That "classic" midwestern mom who can cook and even when you are at your worst still loves you. My mom is in her 70s, and I only hope she lives to be 96 at least.
Currently the Bird Flu in China is mutating at a rapid rate in China. So, the next big medical crises could be the next big flu pandemic. You can bet your ass Trump will go overboard with any reaction to THAT.
Stellaris got the Utopia update/DLC yesterday, and I've been having a lot more fun building a space empire. I go back and forth between games… one, a nice little democracy with a decent fleet to protect my borders, and the other a Hive Mind that will absorb all that fall in it's way.
