I know that even now a lot of people strongly dislike this flag in the U.S. because of WWII, but strictly from a design standpoint—wow.
Jaime and Brienne made it to KL before Joffrey's Wedding
I didn't think this season was quite as strong as the previous season for the pacing alone.
Terrible. Red wedding was the only redeeming factor. Not enough daenarys. From last season to this season I had forgotten the names for 98% of the characters, and by the time I figured out their names again, it was the end of the season.
I always liked the Alaska state flag.
whats the symbolism behind the three legs?
I've always liked this flag used by the Bear community.
The whole relationship between Korra and Mako just seemed forced and unnecessary right from the beginning. Like, even though the show if far and away one of the best in terms of having a strong female protagonist, they still couldn't let her be without a love interest. Besides, Korra had better chemistry with pretty…
I've been hoping that the plan was to have them break up in Book 2 all along.
What makes you think that attacking porn's existence is more likely to succeed than working to change it to the non-rapey sort which you acknowledge can (and does) exist?
For the record, Gail Dines is the person who cited a kink cite as being in violation of the UN Convention against Torture earlier this year, and has regularly accused people who view porn involving consenting adults as future child molesters.
The Google search is for 'rape porn' not 'free porn.' That's a big difference. Please check out the actual website of the organization that you quote before posting scary statistics.
All of those numbers seem weirdly high to me, and I watch porn online. Obviously there's a lot of specialty stuff out there, but this seems odd.
Other comments clarify that the search term that Rape Crisis South London used was actually 'rape porn'. Which changes things a bit.
You should clarify this sentence: “Rape Crisis South London has shown that typing "free porn" into Google yields the following: 86 percent of sites that come up advertise videos depicting the rape of under-18s, 75 percent involve guns or knives, 43 percent show the woman drugged, and 46 percent purport to be incest…
"75% involve guns or knives"
Accuracy of the term aside, wouldn't it make sense to have a "pornographer" on the board of a journal devoted to porn studies? That seems like one of the voices that should be involved.
Please stop. This woman is not a celebrity any more, and she is very clearly having some sort of mental breakdown. She does not need Jezebel (or anyone else) documenting her increasingly bizarre behaviour for the salivating and self-righteous masses.
Let's flip this - what if Bynes clearly had an eating disorder? …
As I am reading this article the most read article on Jezebel is about Kate Moss's Nipples...... sigh (shakes head)
