Absolutely agree. Normally someone’s ridiculous garage project like this I’d run away from, however for how cheap this is, if it was close to me I’d be taking a look, this is less than dirtbike money.  I’d do a little work on it, clean up the interior, get rid of the angry eyes and have fun driving it.

I wanted to hate this just because of the hood, but after going through it I don’t mind the other mods on it.  If that hood could be replaced for something without the louvers and not have it mess up the cooling/functionality of the supercharger, and drop it in price just a bit would be a good deal

Mercedes. Worst car I ever owned. Literally one week after warranty was up, had catastrophic breakdown (due to faulty part, not anything that I could have avoided) that took out bottom half of engine (harmonic balancer was faulty and wrecked a bunch of other stuff). Needed over $11k in repairs, after much fighting and

These will sell well around my area. Tons of people with restored VW vans, Airstreams, and Teslas, this will slot right in with their existing stuff perfectly. It actually looks pretty practical too.

I want it just for the movie theater rope restraint instead of a door.
I’d yell at everyone to stay behind the rope.

Could you imagine someone surviving that crash in a 1970s muscle car?”

Easy NP if it was owned by Jon Voight

Ooh that’s an interesting choice. Personally I thought that it already looked dated when it came out, very 90's vibe to it. It is understated, but definitely wouldn’t have been my first thought for timeless. But I never had one so maybe that would have colored my nostalgia differently.

Obvious one is the 911.

Jaguar XJ’s. Looked pretty similar for about 40 years, and always looked stylish and timeless up until 2009 or so? I still wouldn’t mind owning one.

I may be in the minority but I have a soft spot for these Daytona Shelby’s. I’d be scared with this one without having a better idea of why it won’t run. But if the body and interior are still in that good of condition it would be worth looking.
I had a friend buy a blue one of these brand new, it was the IROC version

Easy - So. Cal, Tacomas and Teslas. Literally every other car is one or the other. My immediate neighbors have 2 of each, but that’s true everywhere around here.
I once counted Tesla’s during a 25 minute drive, and also tried to count Camry’s and Accords to compare and the Teslas far outnumbered the combined number of

Looks good, these will sell like crazy in my area.  My neighbor has 2 Tacoma’s for some reason and they are everywhere around here.

You had me until you said “decently good looking” and this was the image they used above it. I don’t know what I’m looking at with that weird light and grill configuration. With that many headlamps this vehicle could be used to light up the freeway for nighttime construction projects.
Horrible looking front end.
But

Looks fine, reminds me of a Mustang Mach E, but if you are going to have to live with that low of power it should be getting at least 40mpg.

Used to get fantastic mileage in an Altima we had, always around the stated numbers.

Didn’t know Mitsubishi even sold that vehicle here, pretty sure I’ve never seen one.  Can’t remember last time I saw any Mitsubishi other than clapped out old Evo’s and outlanders.

I had something similar for a trans atlantic flight, from Paris to the US. There was myself and my friend I was flying with and one other person on a 747, so 3 passengers on a plane designed to fit 400 or 500 people for a 8 hour flight.

The flight crew told us they weren’t going to do any timed services for meals or

AllTrails is a fantastic app for hiking and mountain biking trails - its been essential on some long and confusing hikes and rides I’ve been on.

I like the look of it and could live the plastics etc. but its about 10% too expensive for what you get.

Yeah I thought I was going crazy and scrolled up and down three times and can’t figure out really what the car looks like in the new design - from the show pictures it looks like any generic car. Maybe Subaru wouldn’t let them do full photos or something?
