I’m actually glad they voted to open debate. Why? Because they are about to eat up a ton of the Senate’s time that prevents them from passing any of Trump’s other plans.

For him it’s a Win-Win. He’ll get to posture against the ACA, knowing that the vote is 99.9998% doomed to fail. Then when he’s up for re-election he can continue to rail against it and get re-elected in a deep Red state.
