Also they spread all sorts of disease and sometimes there is shit pouring down the walls.
A million times this. They registered in random island nations to avoid paying taxes and so they could pay their workers next to nothing. Fuck em. Hope they all go belly up.
While some resort destinations would see a huge economic loss, nearly everyone else would be better off if cruise ships all died.
Let them register their ships stateside and pay taxes and then we’ll look into giving them assistance in a year or two.
No article on cruise lines is complete without mentioning how much they pollute, and how often they get caught dumping trash at sea.
I’m looking forward to Shazam 2 whenever it comes out
yup ..
How many videos do you need to see of him molesting little girls to know that he is not someone to be elevated to the WH? We’re living that nightmare now. Democrats have to find another champion. As a Bernie supporter, I know they won’t pick him, but the party has to wake up and not be so incompetent. Combined with…

I think she needed the plasma they were giving her, as she had a tube hooked up to her when she sprang into action. Caleb calling 911, telling the EMTs what they needed to do to help her, and keeping the supposed cops busy likely all helped her recover and react.
The way Dolores just got up, killed the cops and left made me think she never really needed help.
Am I a bad person if the only character I really hope is still OK is poor George , who fell off a building?
I guess there’s some dissent in the io9 offices... https://io9.gizmodo.com/leaving-westworld-was-the-best-thing-the-hbo-series-cou-1842319729
$19.99 is too high. At least in my area. They need to charge what the normal price of admission is. For me that would be under $10 at the theater I normally go to.
Everyone’s entitled to their opinion. I thought this was one of the best episodes in recent memory. (Relatively) straight forward and absent of the deliberately obscure puzzle boxes of Season 2. Also, how nice it is to see a proper HBO budget on screen again? After His Dark Materials, I was beginning to despair.
Are you sure you watched the second season? Most of your questions are explained there. From Dolores getting Hale’s DNA to pass as human (like Bernard used to) to her using Arnold’s machine (he had one in the city) to make new host bodies.
I don’t at all feel the same way about the episode as the author did. I will grant that it doesn’t offer much to a viewer new to the series, but in the age of on-demand viewing who cares about someone watching a series for the first time starting in the third season?
I’m not sure what your expectations were for the first episode, but they must have been wild. I was pretty happy they took the time to establish the new setting instead of trying to be shocking, even if that means it’ll be another episode before we’re caught up with every character.
Before I land another comment about it I gotta watch Future world :), I guess is easier for the audience to keep track by the name, I doubt that many viewers know the old movies.
