Have to disagree. I didn’t even pay attention to half of the dialog.. it didn’t matter.. I was totally wrapped up with the visuals and sound and ideas. The ship, the controls, the planet, interior of the alien ships, etc. 2001 S.O. was the best ever in my opinion and lack of dialog had little impact on its greatness.

Sorry, but 4 was a hot mess. It was like a B movie sequel that still kept the original star.. like the last Die Hard. Prometheus, with plot issues aside was a brilliant piece of film making.
