DRM is the scourge of every media. It limits the options of what you can do with your own purchases and makes paying customers suffer when it breaks. Not to defend Destiny, but Destiny isn’t a “multiplayer only” game with no campaign, it has a campaign and is co-op through the entire thing. Not the best mind you, but its there and its main focus. Its not just a VS game with a couple maps, which is what some companies are releasing for a full freakin $60.

I played through most of the campaign by myself my first time through. Besides, the game is mostly focused on co-op (even if the story is a bit weak in “Year One”, i haven’t bothered with Taken king yet). Its not just a bunch of VS maps.
