That's the one I was thinking about...
Yes. Now go make the rest of us a samich.

SUPPLY and DEMAND ... The Dealership is doing what it can to get them to the people who want them the most. Dodge on the other hand made the choice to limit production, so you're right there.
This makes no sense. If they learned from the Viper story then they'd realize that a dealership should be able to adjust both Above or Below MSRP based on supply and demand.
Hey, how's it going??
Ford didn't sell fewer GTs than planned, they sold all of them at MSRP or Above.
You don't think the Dealership knows to lower a price if sales are suffering? They're smart enough to lower the inflated MSRP on a Viper but when there are more buyers than Hellcats, they can't raise the price?
There is no such thing as "preying" on consumers unless a dealership is using threats or coercion to make a sale and last time I checked, the only group that does that is the Govt.
The more these "protections" are put in the place the more you condition the populace to become lazy and careless shoppers. When you think you're helping, you're actually hurting.
Here's another title:
While visiting family out of town I had no choice but to borrow a Cousin's car.
Stoning innocent Muslims = uproar
Then... by your standard, the term "hyper-car" or any other variation of super-duper car should not exist. It's digital... you either are or are not a "Super Car". Don't necessarily agree but what matters most is consistency. I applaud consistency
I won't argue about the "specifics" but the results are typically forseen. - They wanted to inflate housing in the early 2000s post 911 and guess what, interest rates for home mortgages (Compounded by more Govt involvement with lending standards) created a bubble.
This type of attitude should be applauded and not discouraged. Then again, we know how "wonderful" govt is when it comes to allowing someone to make (and keep) a fucking dollar.
