Now imagine thousands upon thousands of "Cops" with that same attitude when they're busting your balls over something they're technically wrong about... THEN you'd know how the rest of us feel.

If tax collecting pigs cared about "safety" that shmuck traveling at 60mph on the passing lane would be looking at the $300 ticket and not the 3 cars that sped up to 80mph to get past the nuisance.

Well I think the "Undercover" umbrella argument pretty much ends to a screeching halt at the obvious sight of a Policeman's Uniform.

How many power hungry pyschopaths in govt. costumes do you know?

How can it be self serving if you're standing up for "liberty"? Sure he could have been arrested, shot, beat up, but what does that say about those who are supposed to protect and serve?

This has less to do with siding with the flight attendant and more to do with wishing everyone was treated equally regardless of profession. Especially one that involves making the lives of so many innocent people overseas miserable.

I think you forgot what the word "theory" means.

S54s are climbing and climbing fast. Clown shoes are in E30 M3 territory for the most part, and at the moment the bargains are with the S52 Roadsters. Still relatively cheap unless you're looking super low mileage. 20k for a Roadster 25-30k for an S52 Coupe at 50k or less miles.

Odds are still low of them tearing. It can happen but it's overblown hysteria.

Own 2 S54 M Coupes and I can't tell you how balls reliable they are. As with any BMW what you're really buying is the previous owner's love for the car.

3rd Generation Toyota Camry. The Cockroach of the Automobile world. Nuclear explosion? Ha! Just turn the key and watch me go.

and yet we keep "Rocking the Vote" for the Theif of our liking... Govt in itself is a gigantic joke for children who can't seem to understand that we're better off taking care of ourselves.

I was actually referring to the "rules of the game" in terms of jurisdiction, applicability of the code, etc.. and how its always assumed but never proven. If you bring it up in court both judges along w/ prosecutors will just rail road you because in reality it does expose the charade.

Finally someone speaking some sense. Proof we're not all equal? Imagine if someone assaulted a Cop in the same manner he assaulted that guy. And for what? Asking him a question that made them look silly?

Except the Cop isn't in the "service" business - nor does he have a client or care about the unhappiness of those he's supposed to serve. This isn't a business, he doesn't care about his bottom line. He's paid by a Group of people who take money from individuals called citizens... and those same people who claim to

You're assuming Courts aren't corrupt. Last time I checked... the guys in Robes get paid and are provided "authority" via guns by the same group that will jail you if you don't give them your tax money.

Your slippery slope argument (a valid one in my opinion) proves that what he was doing wasn't unnecessary. These types of displays of disobedience vs. an abusive authoritarian group are healthy reminders of how things should be.

Have you even read anything Ayn Rand has produced?

Of course not, and you know better to ask because the reality of the situation is Govts will continue to break it's own rules until an individual or group of individuals go through enough red tape and bureaucracy within the judicial system to eventually over turn it.

Which of the 50+ supreme court cases do you want me to site that specifically state the 4th Amendment allows for people to be free against unreasonable searches and or seizures?
