You realize without any govt power, you can't have the type of tryanny you're talking about. There was very little of it when our govt was at its smallest (19th century) and during that time we became a wealthy and free nation for the most part - inspite of the few but major horrors govt left at our door step. Freedom has no morality. It's the ability to make a choice (for better or worse), but to take freedom away is absolutely immoral and may of you "pro choice" / "pro civil liberties" are either forgetting what "liberty" means or are just big fucking hypocrites.
