I just pre-ordered my Raspberry Pi yesterday, and can't wait the 5 weeks to get it (http://export.farnell.com/rp/order/), but I'm not sure what I'll do with it when it gets here.

Where did you sign up to get teenagers that listen to you? Man, I wish I knew about that option! :)

And I just tried to load TyingItAllTogether's youtube channel. I'm now looking at 84 error messages. Not a tool I'd recommend.

Be careful when installing. By default it will change your search engine and install a toolbar on your browser.

I don't think my wife and I go over 300MB a month combined. 1GB would probably be enough for our whole family. Although once the kids get a hold of a data plan, all bets are off. :)

I like to double bow. Take "the loops of unfulfilled destiny", and stretch them out so there are no more "long dangly things," and them tie another bow with them. Easy to untie, and very secure.

A new must for me is Link2SD. If your phone is rooted, and you have gone through the process of partitioning your SD card, it allows you to create symbolic links for your apps. That way they are stored on the SD card, but unlike moving to the SD card, they are still available when you mount your SD card to your

HOLY COW! Not only was my question a "featured" question, but it was the headline! I feel so honored! Thanks to all that answered!

I'm looking into the possibility of getting some part time work to help bring in a little extra income. I'm not looking for one of those "My aunt made $1,845.12 last week using this," scams. I'm looking for some real work from home on my computer work that I can do nights and weekends to make a few extra bucks. Any

Interesting. I had it set to classic, then just noticed it had "unset itself." Will have to keep an eye on that.

Even though I hate this new commenting system (not just because of change, but because I can't see ALL the posts at once, and it makes reading the post in an article a pain), I will chime in here.

This new system is absolutely useless. Not being able to see all comments to the post at one time makes it awful.

One could say the same thing about "math," really. No one studies "math." They study Geometry, Algebra, Trigonometry, and so on.

I liked having all our discussions in one place. Having to click on an icon and load the next discussion seems like a step backwards to me.

Does anyone know if this would include 32 bit to 64 bit upgrades? My wife has 32 bit Vista, and I'd love to get her onto a 64 bit OS to match her 64 bit processor.

Can't say if it works or not from a technical perspective, but it's not legal. Not preaching at you, just saying that from a legal perspective, you would not be able to apply an upgrade license to a pirated version and be considered legit.

Lava rocks are also great at helping to even out the heat. Every grill I've worked on has hot and "cold" spots. Lava rocks help to even that out. Not entirely, but it did help. They also act as grease magnets, and after a while will start to catch on fire. Luckily, they are pretty cheap, and easy to replace.

I've never noticed that before. I know glass is dry erase. I thought I tried it on plexi, but I must not have.

Can't you just screw down some plexiglass over it? If you want to get all fancy, make a frame of some sort to hide the screws or what not. Useable instantly, and if the surface gets scratched, easily replaceable.

Some people aren't electronically oriented, and just don't get a warm fuzzy feeling from entering things in their phones. They'd rather write it out. I am firmly in the phone camp, but I can see the other point of view.
