Ok, Brendan McCarthy is “co-scriptwriter” (as I understand it, he did the storyboards, which is virtually the script), while Peter Pound is principal vehicle designer and storyboard artist. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt139219…

The Bene Gesserit witch must leave.
This is some sweet, stylish art. It wouldn’t be at all out of place in a copy of 2000 AD.
Peter Pound has a truly stunning amount of concept art up on his website. Apparently no one involved in this movie…
“My name is Finn. My world is candy... and blood.”
I have less than no interest in any Jim Lee anythings, but the Kirby idea is just golden.
Want!
I got the same impression but it wasn’t well told. One of them should have hooked a three eyed fish out of the murk and thrown it into a basket on his back or something.
Hoult really killed it in the role, it’s understandable to feel that way. I absolutely loved the whole story, when he slammed on the brakes to get the big guy away from the girls car and shoots that look to her before flipping the truck. Perfection, bravo George Miller.
Can’t wait for Comic-Con to see all the Mad Max cosplayers especially Furiosa, the War Boys, Immortan Joe, and the Doof!
Movie was crazy badassed. The vehicles are the highlight.
WITNESS!
I want that guy to play at my wedding.
WITNESS IT!!!
No concept art for the best character in the movie?! ;)
Right? It’s hilarious that this huge part of American culture is an Aussie film, directed by an Aussie, starring a Brit and a South African, and filmed in Australia and Namibia (?).
Have people really forgotten Aunty Entity from the third Mad Max movie?
Ha ha ha... I almost mentioned the “boycott” in this article, but decided it was extraneous and should be addressed separately, if at all. My main comment was going to be, “Well, I’m sure Terminator Salvation is on netflix if you want an alternative.”
I think 1983’s Warrior of the Lost World should have a well-earned spot on this list. If for no other reason than it had the most annoying motorcycle AI ever envisioned in a dystopian post-apocalypse.
