lol yes... i wear dresses nearly 100% of the time (when i am not wearing yoga pants or running shorts) so even going out im usually in a dress + cardigan + flats. which has always contrasted with my boyfriend's uniform of jeans/black tee/sneakers.
i second this, as a central Texas dweller myself (well, close enough) dresses always. you can throw on some tights and a cardigan in the winter, or all by itself in the summer. i wear the same dresses in all seasons (with the obvious exception of wool/heavy fabrics in the summer because NOOOOOOOOOO)
