Got it, chief! Thanks for solving 28 years of body and self-esteem issues in one fell swoop. Damn you are good.

Here, here!
That's great and all, but it's still a very real issue that exists for others so I don't understand this comment.
YES YES A THOUSAND TIMES YES THANK YOU
Seriously. This is an Everyone Problem, not just one group has it worse which invalidates the other's struggle because that's not really how it works.
Oh, it's that easy? Hm, guess I wasted all that money on therapy.
Honestly, I prefer the Before. Imagine the suit on the right on the body on the left, perfect.
I was with you until you said "waiting until I'm 28 to have kids; I'll be financially and emotionally secure" because, at 28, I ain't nowhere near that.
in long-distance romantic relationships, texting is a god send.
i wish my s/o would do this... ffs, i'm pretty sure he's never looked me straight in the eye.
hahaha, i met Chandler Riggs (the kid who plays Carl) this past weekend and i was going to ask him why he wasn't in the house, but totally chickened out.
my sister loves tosh so much and always gives me the "oh i KNOW ricki doesn't like tosh but he did funny thing xyz and it was SO FUNNY"
aww thanks! i dislike "boyfriend" because i'm almost 30, come on. i like beau and paramour because they sound fancy :D
NEGCEPTION
yeah i noticed that too. the men i have been MOST attracted to, including my current beau, haven't been what would be considered conventionally attractive (although i certainly think so) but that "spark," something about them was there. that's how i knew my dude is special.. we talked and sent pictures to each other…
hahaha, that's great
Yeah, and a lot of MRA drivel reads this way too. It's so strange to me and a wee bit scary.
yes this is absolutely true. i have had partners whom i found far MORE attractive after getting to know them better, and some i was initially very attracted to that became repulsive due to other factors.
my best friend gets (well, used to get, i think this person is turning around) this input from a college-friend, and it is the dumbest shit ever. it's like she can't win no matter what she does.
"needy and clingy and up in my business all the time"
