How could it not show up on radar?  It has reflective, physical form.  Thats all you need to bounce radar waves off.  The hail certainly isn’t covered in radar absorbing stealth materials.  

An oval?  Why bother.  It smacks of some arena ‘sport’ like wrestling or roller ball.

Is this all a distorted alternative universe/timeline/reality ploy to get Apple to buy Tesla?

Space clouds?

Nope. When thinking of that wheel design, anyone into B-SEDAN or similar older or vintage classes of racing, we think of Mini-Lites, not a Japanese cartoon. 

A physical misalignment of an object (a motor in this case) doesn’t suddenly give it the ability to pull current from its drive circuit, unless of course there are conductive pathways exposed, that can easily be shorted by external conductive objects. Ever hear of insulation Kia?
