Deadlock is pretty good if only for Janeway's delivery of "Hello. I'm Captain Kathryn Janeway. Welcome to the Bridge"
Never a huge Janeway fan, but I loved that moment.

Maybe that was the only prototype and it was destroyed in the attack. Or perhaps they were not as effective on the other Changelings as they were on Odo. The other Changelings have hundreds of years more experience shape shifting than Odo does.

Timeless is a really good episode of Voyager. It has this really well written moment between Chakotay and Captain Geordi LaForge. It is the only Voyager episode that I can think of off the top of my head that I really enjoy.

Also, As much as I know that Garak was torturing Odo so he could prove his loyalty to Tain and to prove to himself that he was still a true Cardassian. I do like to believe that part of him was doing it because he knew it was the only way to save Odo's life. If Garak hadn't tortured Odo, Tain would have had someone

“Do you know what the sad part is, Odo? I’m a very good tailor.”
So glad you mentioned this in your stray observations. Of all of Garak's amazingly clever lines and great speeches  this stands out as one of my favorite Garak moments. The line plus Robinson's delivery really just sum up the character of Garak so well.

Yes, true true. Brooks is a natural scenery chewer. However, I really enjoy those episodes where you can tell that he is relishing in it. Like his delivery of "I changed it." It is such a cheesy ending but Brooks' makes it work because his line delivery is more over the top than the actual crazy plot point.

While I am not a huge fan of the Mirror Universe episodes, I do kind of like this one. Honestly though, any chance I can get to see Avery Brooks chewing scenery, I will take.

I thought it all worked great. The book is basically the backstory the Andrew Robinson developed in his head for Character to help himself understand the character better. I thought it was very well written.

I met him at a horror convention that was having a Hellraiser reunion. Everyone was talking to him about Hellraiser and I walked up to him with my copy of A Stitch in Time and got him to sign it and he talked to me for a good 10 minutes about how much of a labor of love writing that book was and how much he enjoyed

I actually really enjoyed the episode where Tony and Angela evolve into salamanders after driving way to fast.

Jesus Tralfaz, I was thinking the same thing as I was typing a response to this. "Gerald Ford died today…" One of the funniest SNL skits ever.
