@Haneyg: That'd be nice. When DoubleTwist works, it's great. When it doesn't...you're screwed, because there's almost no way to troubleshoot or tweak it. It has its way of doing things baked into its core.

I accidentlly did something similar in Little League. My teammate got walked, and I trotted home from third thinking the bases were loaded. 15 feet from the plate and someone noticed and started screaming. I ran the last few feet and scored an accidental run.

Finally! They added the option for including or excluding toll roads in directions! When the navigation starts (and includes tolls) there's a pop up that hovers for a few seconds informing you that your current directions include tolls, and you can just tap it to switch to non-toll directions.
