I’m still going to root for them. USA didn’t make it so the only real emotional tie I have to a team is through my brother-in-law from Sydney. Oh well.

Honestly though, I can’t get that upset; Overall LFC have been defending “better” as a whole this season, particularly after Robertson became the #1 LB and Karius took over for Mignolet. Oh, and that big Dutch guy from Southampton has helped a lot, too.

Up until that Salah goal, i was ready for a heartbreaker. Felt like such a long game until then.

Liverpool is/are the coolest team left in the competition. Well done, pointing that out. I would go as far to say they’re probably the coolest team in the world.
