We are already modernizing our nukes (#thanksObama), we have more than enough to destroy anything we wanted to 10 times over i fail to see the need to expand upon that. Nukes are ridiculous expensive i think the country can find better uses for that money.

The inconvenience factor of either of those is considerably less (Which was/is infrequently). If the media is to be believed Trump is looking to spend as much time in NYC as he can.
