I would say ALL sports facilities get special treatment in someway, i can't recall the last time a baseball/football/hockey stadium was built without significant public money.

I want to think that most sponsors do not want pictures of there drivers misbehaving plastered over TMZ and other websites, the threat of losing sponsorship and therefore money is a great reason behave yourself

Not standing is part of terms and conditions of your ticket, from a spectator point of view Premiership games are not cheap and being stuck behind someone standing the whole would not be fun.
