Ill get it if they localize Mother 3 and put it on there.

What an absolute trash “interview”. Seems like you wanted to gotcha a developer trying to preview their product.

Sorry, I think I missed out on how we concluded that Persona 5 invented turn-based RPG combat. Seems like you’d have to ignore 30 years or so of history to conclude “turn-based RPG” is “Persona 5-like”.

E-READER Levels!!!

So, er, why this version in the launch collection for the GBA? The answer to this, and everything else, is: Nintendo.

Just give me the Final Fantasy Tactics remake (or better yet a new game in the series!) on the switch. I’ll play it for another decade or 2.

And yet Golden Sun ended on a cliffhanger 12 years ago and is still lying bleeding on the ground. Dark Dawn gets a bad rep (and storywise, it’s 100% earned), but it still had great gameplay (at least, the environmental puzzles and exploration - the combat and difficulty curve is the weakest in the series, which is

“So, this is my stand-up set at a club,” Larry said. “There’s, like, 50 people here and no one is laughing. Anyone have any suggestions? I’m thinking about doing a bit about how being transgender is actually a mental illness or how all liberals are secretly gay and want to impose their will on everyone or something

That’s how I heard it. It seemed to be pretty overtly mocking the idea of making transphobic humor.

I may be using this term incorrectly, but that seems like a “meta” joke to me; a joke about how bad those ideas are for a joke.

Maybe AI isn’t that advanced yet. I don’t even know if I understand the concept of “meta” humor.

Is it just me, or did it sound like the AI was almost riffing on transphobic comedians? “No one was laughing.” Like it was pointing out that that shit isn’t funny.

Voice actors aren’t the writers.

To you maybe

No, I think I understand their point. The demand curve for any normal good is a slope; demand goes up as price goes down. They’ve decided that the revenue under the long tail of the curve isn’t worth their time.

My roster of unplayed games (you call it a backlog, I call it a retirement plan) is in triple digits. I’ve bought exactly two of those games at full price.

This just isn’t true. Whether a game requires Steam or not is up to the game. There are many games that, after you’ve downloaded them from Steam, you can copy them off and run them anywhere. Here are some examples:

I feel like that’s a little misleading — at least, I was misled at first — because Steam does not require games to have DRM, and many games don’t, even if it doesn’t have a DRM-free policy like GOG.

I’m confused, is this the character in the image at the top of the article that you’re talking about?  That doesn’t look like a child to me, unless you’re just going by “any woman with small breasts is a loli” logic.

Seemed kinda rambley to me, but whatever.

People liked his overlong, self-indulgent speech? Yikes.
