Two greats in one song. Paul Desmond on sax and Joe Morello on drums. Take Five.

I actually watched Studio 60. It started out great and then it turned into a 'will they or won't they' relationship show and became a lot less interesting.
Remember Vinyl? For some reason the 70's just don't work on film and TV. It was a weird transitional time that is hard to recreate apparently.
Graham Chapman's Mr. Neutron - Mr Neutron! The most dangerous and terrifying man in the world! The man with the strength of an army! The wisdom of all the scholars in history! The man who had the power to destroy the world. - is hard to beat.
I saw a selfie video that was alright.
I gave up on Twin Peaks after 3 episodes. I just couldn't anymore. If people keep saying good things about it I may continue but I can only be so patient with a TV that is so easy to turn off. (Saw Eraserhead in the theater)
I think TJ's stand up is average at best. Being on TV used to be considered the minor leagues, this is no longer the case. He's not a great actor (by his own admission) and to leave a popular TV show at this stage seems crazy. But I guess he still has that sweet, sweet Mucinex money.
I'd like to pipe up and make things worse for you….Talking Heads were awesome.
Disneyland > Disneyworld. I do like that Animal Kingdom though.
Steely Dan, Kid Charlemagne, Larry Carlton
Negging. To the Senator and Clarice.
I love this show.
The Giants hired him after he stopped doing national games and the fans here lost their minds. He was only there one season and I don't even remember hearing him. The backlash severely limited his on air time.
Agreed. I barely notice him on football broadcasts, but his baseball work makes me stabby.
This was a common insult in my small CA town in the 60's and 70's also.
She's kind of a spectacle first, baseball second team owner in the mold of a Bill Veeck type.
You can watch the first episode on IFC. I liked it.
Pretty good for a guy from Modesto.
Does that mean I can smash booze bottles on the heads of random patrons with no repercussions?
What will become of poor Dick Corcoran?
