May I please recommend Victoria Wood: With All The Trimmings from 15 years ago that successfully and devastatingly predicted the future of media in Britain?
Not personal local comic shop, a number of US-based shops. I often like to show off cool things on Bleeding Cool. But it is not my personal website, I am employed to write for it by Avatar Press.
Because this was a preview shared openly online by Diamond/DC and shown by retailers to their customers. I was then approached by retailers asking if I could run the preview ahead of FOC so that they could more widely judge demand. As a result, I understand that advance reorders on that Monday were rather spectacular.…
