Yes, and no. Mostly NO! If you try to drill plexi/acrylic with just a large drill bit you'll most likely crack or break it. You have to start with a very small bit and work your way up. Also, you can't push on the drill like

Acrylic does not yellow. You're thinking of Lexan, which does yellow from exposure to sunlight.

Not to mention cleaning plexi with just about anything will leave spider-webbing and scratches.
